Alesong Brewing & Blending
Problem: Alesong wants to avoid being perceived as snobbish or exclusive due to its more upscale pricing and experience it is trying to sell, but this narrative can be changed by creating a warm and welcoming environment through their uniquely brewed beer, tasting room, and customer mailing list.
Opportunity: To increase awareness and acceptance of Alesong's unique approach to brewing and consumption of beer so it can expand the customer base and achieve financial success both in the near and longer term.
Approach: In addition to providing Alesong with promotional materials for their newest bottle release, our team set them up with a two-week social content calendar and a full public relations plan so they can succeed in the future. Below is a brief outline of our plan and some of our collateral.
Role: I contributed in the research, planning, and execution of photography at Alesong's tasting room event in addition to writing the copy and designing a brochure for the event for the team to distribute at their tasting room for customers to have a better understanding of their newest beers at the bottle release.
Outcome: At the end of a 10-week research and evaluation period, our team presented to Alesong a full 40-page public relations plan for the upcoming year to increase awareness and customer base to the three key publics: food enthusiasts, beer connoisseurs, and current consumers. Alesong was pleased with our efforts and is now using the plan to outline their business platform moving forward in the process.
